Become A TALGA Member
FULL MEMBERSHIP is open to anyone who is thinking about growing lavender commercially, already trialling lavender cultivars and researching a lavender business or if you are an established lavender grower and producer who wants to engage with or contribute to the Australian lavender industry.
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP is applicable only to someone aligned with a Full Member, typically used to include a business colleague or personal partner who would like to be involved with TALGA.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is a non-grower category but someone who contributes to and benefits from the Australian lavender industry. Includes: academics, researchers, manufacturers, retailers, associations or non-grower organisations.
INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP is only for non-residents who are interested in or contribute to the Australian lavender industry.
Membership financial year starts from 1 July until 30 June.

What You Receive As A Full Member
• Regular publication of ENewsletter to inform and engage members with research updates, best practice education, sharing member farm news, grant opportunities and event promotions.
• Regular member-only educational webinars conducted live and recorded for future reference.
• Annual in-person events organised at various locations around Australia, alternating either major conference or field day event. Members receive discount fees to these events.
• Biennial Olfactory Oil Competition for multiple categories of lavender essential oil.
• Biennial printed full colour Journal containing transcripts of conference presentations and articles of interest to growers. This publication is included in the full membership of TALGA.
• Full voting rights to the Association and eligible for one committee position nomination.
• Audio and video recordings of past-conference sessions for purchase at discount rates.

TALGA Membership Categories
Membership Application Terms and Conditions
TALGA Membership is for one year, commencing 1 July until 30 June the following year.
Your application for membership will be processed by the TALGA Committee within one month. If accepted your payment will be processed and you agree to the Rules of the Association. Should your application be declined, the membership fee will be refunded in full. Membership details are not available for distribution to anyone without approval from the members.
Your details are confidential unless otherwise advised. A receipt will be emailed to you once payment has been processed. TALGA is not registered for GST.
