Management Committee
The elected committee of five Office Bearers and two Ordinary Members are volunteers and serve a two-year term, the office bearer positions are voted by committee members annually.
All committee members contribute to the Association activities according to their skills and topic expertise as required and are assisted by Area Liaison Representative’s (ALRs).

ALRs are also elected for a 2-year term and provide communication network links with members in their geographic areas. They are a vital point of contact for members in their state and encourage members to participate in the TALGA communication channels such as the monthly e-news and the Journal. Sometimes ALRS are asked to prepare small reports for the board, they may even handle enquiries from the general public, assist TALGA in preparation for the Conference and promote TALGA as the industry body for lavender in Australia.
